All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier used and factors such as high order volumes, peak seasons, or carrier-related delays. We ship using third-party shipping services (such as Sendle and Australia Post), and there may be factors beyond our control that affect delivery timeframes.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: For your convenience, we offer both Standard and Express shipping options within Australia. Free shipping (Standard or Express) may be available when your order meets our Free Shipping Threshold (FST). The current FST value is displayed on our website and may change from time to time without prior notice. We may also run limited-time free shipping promotions, which may be available to all customers or selected customer groups. Availability of free shipping offers may vary and is not always separately notified.
Shipping fees for both Standard and Express delivery are calculated at checkout and depend on factors such as order value, shipping method selected, destination, and carrier rates. These fees may change in the future without prior notice, with any updates reflected at checkout. Angel Eze Pty Ltd reserves the right to offer free or discounted shipping to new customers or specific customer segments as part of promotional campaigns.
Please note that shipping fees and promotions may differ on third-party sales channels such as eBay or Amazon, and pricing on those platforms may not match the shipping rates offered on this website.
In-store pickup
Currently we are not offering any in-store pickups.
International Shipping
We primarily serve customers within Australia and New Zealand. For New Zealand orders, we offer both Standard International and Express International shipping options. Free shipping may be available when your order meets the applicable Free Shipping Threshold (FST). The current FST values for international shipping are displayed on our website and may change from time to time without prior notice.
International shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on factors such as shipping method selected (Standard or Express), order value, destination, and carrier rates. Any applicable free shipping offers or promotions will be reflected at checkout.
If you wish to place an order for delivery to a country other than New Zealand, please contact us at customer.service@angeleze.com.au before placing your order, and our team will be happy to assist you.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customer.service@angeleze.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Please note that we use third-party shipping services (like Sendle, AusPost) and tracking information is provided by the shipping service provider. Once you receive your tracking information, the order can be tracked through the shipping provider's website.
